The Lighthouses are Amish Handcrafted and are built with 2 x 4 construction
Exterior: Duratemp siding or Vinyl (vinyl only available with two standard colors and or
Cape Cod, Cape May, Barnegat and split rock styles).
Roof: Asphalt shingles - roof is shingled and shipped in sections
Balcony: Poly (low maintenance - vinyl) with powder coated metal posts. No access to
balcony
Windows: Safety Glass
Hardware: Is included in kit
Shipping: The lighthouse is shipped as a prefab kit. If ordering the vinyl siding, siding
has to be installed after lighthouse is built.
Standard Features: The lighthouses come standard with a 110V light (revolving
beacon) and adult door. They also come with 2 floors and ladders except the shed
lighthouse. The standard Lighthouse comes with duratemp siding 2 colors (body and
trim) or upgrade to a custom lighthouse style (below) such as Cape Hatteras or Cape Cod.
