| Play Structures are shipped in kits to anywhere in North America to save on transportation costs (except for truck, tractor, jeep and train are shipped assembled) |
| Important information for US and Canadian Customers 1.SITE PREPARATION: (Alberta Customers) Level ground is required for Play Structure before the day of installation and is the responsibility of the home owner. No exceptions! Customer will be charged an additional $200 for delays. Access to the site is required as kits will not be carried from trailer to location! 2. DELIVERY for Alberta Customers: Is available (within 3 hours of Innisfail) & is based on $1.00/loaded km for kit and $1.50/loaded km for assembled unit. Assembled unit delivered within 2 hours of Innisfail. 3. North America customers: Play Structures can be shipped any where in North America directly from builder and are shipped as kits to save on transportation costs. Play Structures can be shipped assembled directly from builder as well within the Pennsylvania area. 4. Canadian Customers: Shipping, US exchange and broker charges will be added to kit price. Payment: Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque or Payment thru Paypal. 5. US Customers: Shipping will be added to kit price. Payment: Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque or Payment thru Paypal. 6. Assembly: Alberta customers only within 3 hours of Innisfail, Alberta Canada or Play structures can be shipped assembled from builder in the Pennsylvania area 7. KITS: The products are sold in Modular kits except Tractor, Train, Jeep and monster truck (they come assembled except for accessories).
