| The Display Park was opened to the Public September, 2007. The park is located in Innisfail, Alberta along the QEII Highway that runs between Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. We are 15 minutes south of Red Deer, 2 hours south of Edmonton and 1 hour north of Calgary. You will find our Display park on the West side of QEII on the North side of Antler hill) Take the Old Pole Road (RR 362) to the North and then your first left. Follow the road back along the highway to the South. Park at the Display park outside the gate (please don't go into the private yard). Custom ordering for Canadian Customers: Most items can be shipped directly from the Manufacturer (Pennsylvania or Ohio) right to your door. Shipping charges apply. Shipments to Alberta for 2012: Feb 10, 2012, April 25, 2012, June 15, 2012, August 15, 2012, Oct 1, 2012 Modular/Prefab Kits The modular/prefab kit delivery is generally one of the most cost-effective methods of delivery. This kit is built as modular/prefab sections. These sections are then stacked on a single large skid and tightly shrink-wrapped with a very thick, heavy plastic material. Do it yourself prefab Playhouse kits (DIY): Customers can save money on these prefab kits and are available with the Cottage Playhouse series only. Kit assembly time varies and depends upon the size and complexity of the unit, experience of the assembly crew, as well as the tools being used to assemble the unit. Rustic Backyard Structures recommends at least one person on the assembly crew have significant carpentry experience, and the use of air tools be used for the assembly. Check out Building Construction Assembled Units: If the delivery site is accessible, the drivers can bring the unit already assembled. The unit arrives fully built, and the driver places it exactly where you want is site is accessible. A few accessories, such as gazebo cupolas, may be removed for delivery purposes. These will be re-attached by our driver after the unit has been set into place. Please note that fully-assembled deliveries may not be possible for all units, or may not be cost-effective because of unit size, accessibility, or distance from the manufacturer. Please also note that in some cases, a crane can be used to deliver a fully-assembled unit to a site that is not otherwise accessible. In these instances, the arrangement of the crane is the responsibility of the customer, and Rustic Backyard Structures will not be responsible for the equipment and/or operation of the crane. Assembly Manuals Detailed assembly manuals are available for all products that we sell as kits. These manuals contain step by step instructions and in most cases are supported by pictures. Payments: Products are priced in US dollars. We accept payment by Wire Transfer, Email Money Transfer, Certified Cheque or through Paypal with interac or credit card. Paypal accepts payment by interac or credit card without having to set up a account. Shipping: Shipping is an additional charge and is calculated by your postal code and the weight and size of the kits. Shipping rates: Are based on Van rate of approx. $130 per ft or a Step deck trailer $165 and up per ft. Rates can change at anytime. Pricing as of February 1st, 2012 Additional Charges: US exchange rate will be added to products as the products are priced in US dollars. Customers can pay in US dollars - exchange rate will not apply if paid in US dollars. Products are shipped across the border - brokerage charges apply. Delivery: is available to certain areas of Alberta (within 3 hours of Innisfail, AB. with in-stock products) with in-stock items or ( smaller items) can be shipped by UPS or Canada Post. Product pick-up is available also with in-stock units. Assembled and in-stock items can be delivered within two to three hours. Upon completion, they are shipped throughout the continental United States and Canada right from the manufacturer. Delivery charges vary and are determined by the method of delivery, the size and weight of the unit and the distance to the delivery destination. |
